The purpose of this event is to provide easily digestible teachings that provides folks the tools and support needed to feel comfortable with beginning their microdosing journey.

In this gathering, you’ll learn about microdosing mushrooms for personal healing and development. Your host will provide anecdotal and research based information on how to use the fungi teachers as a powerful addition to new or established spiritual practices. We hope to enliven your connection with the spirit of the mushroom and support you in developing your own magickal practice – no matter where you are in life or what kind of spiritual practice you already have.

About your Host:

Fola Veritas of Deep Mind Squared is an (ex)psychiatric nurse, Shamanic practitioner and integration coach who has worked over 13 years in mental health and addictions. Her focus is on supporting folks with integrating psychedelic, spiritual and traumatic life experiences. She blends modern therapy with energetic and ancestral healing approaches. She has personally used plant medicines to heal her own trauma and core wounds and continues to hold space for others to explore this from a harm-reductive and compassionate approach.
